Global exhibitors will present premium food products and technology, with a special emphasis on new innovations featured in the “Coffee Zone.” This area will display coffee products, gear, and equipment from across the globe, spotlighting Yunnan Province’s renowned coffee offerings.
On the final day, a coffee cupping competition hosted by the Hong Kong Specialty Coffee Association promises to be a highlight, enhancing knowledge-sharing among coffee aficionados.

Following last year’s introduction of halal food brands, this year’s expo will feature over 120 exhibitors showcasing premium halal products, further establishing Hong Kong as an international food hub. The halal food market seminar will include discussions led by experts and notable establishments like Kowloon Shangri-La, recognized for its Muslim-Friendly Accommodation Certification.
In a collaborative effort with the Islamic Trust Fund of Hong Kong, halal certification will be awarded to local eateries, assisting them in tapping into the Islamic market.
